PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS:
This Preventive Maintenance agreement is designed to provide routine preventative maintenance on a timely schedule, insure that equipment is operating to the peak of its efficiency, assure that there are no unsafe conditions, and to spot, when possible, potential problems before they occur. With a Preventative Maintenance (PM) Agreement you will receive one check up for the heating system in the winter, and one for the air conditioning system in the spring. As a PM customer you are given priority scheduling and receive a discount on any of our services. Discounts for a Preventative Maintenance customer include: 15% discount on parts and labor and a 5% discount on equipment replacement. These discounts are applicable during the agreement year.
