PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS:
A Safety and Efficiency Agreement aka "SEA" is designed to provide routine preventative maintenance on a timely schedule, insure that equipment is operating to the peak of its efficiency, assure that there are no unsafe conditions, and to spot, when possible, potential problems before they occur. With a SEA, you will receive one check up for the heating system in the winter, and one for the air conditioning system in the spring. Discounts for a SEA customers include: 15% discount on parts and labor and a 5% discount on equipment replacement. These discounts are applicable during the agreement year.
